Update Program with Dr. Ganga Fernando about the Nevada Band Boosters Pickleball Tournament

On today's edition of Update, I am talking to Dr. Ganga Fernando. She is the treasurer for the Nevada Band Boosters and a professor of Chemistry at Cottey College. Dr. Fernando will be talking about the Nevada Band Boosters Pickleball Tournament happening on Friday and Saturday, May 2nd and 3rd. All proceeds will benefit the Nevada Band Boosters and go toward the band's trip to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Ganga talks about the beginner clinic taking place on Friday at 5:00 pm, where you can learn to play pickleball for $10. She will also discuss the actual tournament taking place on Friday at 5:30 pm at the Nevada High School's Aux gym. The tournament will continue on Saturday at 1:00 pm. Registration is $20.
